Specification
1. Fabric type: Specifically designed for same bath dyed fabrics, ensuring uniform softness and texture.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Heat slowly to 70~75ºC, maintaining a gentle stir until fully dissolved. Reserve for later use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly incorporate the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring gently until thoroughly dissolved. Reserve for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: Maintain at 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Implement one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Utilize 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Maintain at 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Before mixing with other auxiliaries or products, conduct preliminary tests to adjust the process accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shaded place for a period of up to 12 months.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and transport.
