Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water in a 5~10% proportion, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC, until completely dissolved. Set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes directly into 60~70ºC water using a 5~10% proportion, stirring slowly to achieve a perfect solution. Reserve for future application.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature between 30ºC~40ºC, employing a technique of one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
Technology: Ensures consistent application through precision padding techniques.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Apply 3~8% (o.w.f) in a 10% solution at 40ºC-50ºC, with a liquor ratio of 1:10~15 for 30 minutes.
Liquor ratio: Optimal formulation at 1:10~15, maintaining efficacy over a 30-minute duration.
3. Test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust the process according to your results for best outcomes.
