Specification     

        It is used in calendering process, and can increase the leather texture of the fabrics and oily feelings. Usually combine with lustering agent, stiffening agents and fabric thickening agents.

Application     

1. Suitable for lustring finishing of cotton, polyester fabrics.

Dosage
1. Padding:                Dosage: 10~30g/L                 Temp.: room temperature
                                  Process: one dip one pad, two dips two pads
2. Dipping:                 Dosage: 2~5%(o.w.f.)            Temp.: 30~40ºC
                                  Ratio: 1:10~15                       Time: 30mins
In starching process, use this product 10g/L~20g/L, 180ºC for heavy calendering together with stiffening agent to oily glossy effects.

Storage & Packing

1. Storage for 6 months in cool and shady place.
2. 125KG plastic drum, or depends on customer's requirement.
