Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabric

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stir for 3~5 minutes, continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC. Stir until fully dissolved, then it's ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes to water at 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio, stir gently until completely dissolved for optimal use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for application.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f)(10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 mins
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries by testing and adjust processes based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: 12 months when stored in a cool, shady location.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for your convenience.
