Specification
1. Fabric Type: Perfectly suited for same bath dyed fabric, ensuring seamless care and texture.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water: Gradually introduce the flakes into water at room temperature at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat to 70~75ºC while continuously stirring until fully dissolved. Keep for further use.
2. Direct Hot Water: Add flakes directly into water at 60~70ºC in a ratio of 5~10%. Stir slowly to ensure thorough dissolution, then preserve for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust processes accordingly based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool and shaded environment for best results.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure handling and storage.
