Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3 to 5 minutes, then gradually heat the mixture to 70~75ºC while stirring to achieve complete dissolution, making it ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Incorporate the flakes into 60~70ºC water, following a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly to ensure thorough dissolution, preparing it perfectly for immediate application.

Application Ideal for fabrics demanding high salt resistance, ensuring durability and quality.
Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: Recommend 20~30g/L (using a 10% solution), at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Apply using one dip, one pad or opt for two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Use 3~8% (o.w.f) with a 10% solution at 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a 1:10~15 ratio with a processing time of 30 minutes.
3. To ensure intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct testing and make necessary adjustments based on results.
Storage & Packing 1. Storage period: Can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded environment.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure handling and easy transportation.
