Dissolving Method
Cold water: While stirring, gradually introduce the flakes into 30 ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3-5 minutes to disperse the flakes. Let the mixture stand for 1~2 hours, then stir slowly to form a paste and reserve for use.
Warm water: Gradually add the flakes into water at room temperature at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3-5 minutes and then heat the mixture to 50~60ºC. Stir gently for 30~60 minutes until it forms a paste, then cool and reserve for use.

2. Delivers a soft, smooth, and elastic touch when used with silicone oil.
Application
Ideal for softening cotton, linen, chemical fiber, and blended yarns and fabrics. Especially effective on cotton and T/C fabrics.
Usage
1. Padding method: Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution), Temperature: 30~40ºC Technique: Use either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping method: Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC Liquor ratio: 1:10~15, Time: 30 minutes
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months when kept in a cool and shaded place.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please conduct tests and adjust based on the results.
