Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Start by gradually introducing the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes, then gradually increase the temperature to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring slowly until fully dissolved, then set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Combine the flakes with water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% proportion, and stir slowly until a thorough dissolution is achieved. Reserve the solution for later use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Choose either a single dip and pad or double dips and pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For blending with other auxiliaries and optimizing the process, perform preliminary tests and make adjustments as needed.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Ensure a 12-month shelf life by storing in a cool and shaded environment.
2. Available in 25kg increments, packed in durable plastic woven bags.
