[Dissolving Method]
l Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stir for 3-5minutes, make it disperse, then let it stand for 1~2hours, after that stir slowly into paste, reserve for use.
l Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stir for 3-5minutes and heat up to 50~60ºC, then stir for 30~60minutes slowly into paste, cool down and reserve for use.

l Provide fiber and textile excellent soft and smooth hand feeling.
l Cotton and chemical fiber can get good soft and smooth feeling after finishing.
l Can be used for lubricating yarn and make sanding, napping smoothly.

l Our Instant Dissolving Light Yellow Flake Softener is versatile and adaptable, crafted for excellence in knit, woven, and polyester cotton. It performs exceptionally well, especially with cotton and T/C chemical fibers, enhancing their texture and finish.
[Usage]
l Padding method: For optimal results, use a dosage of 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature range of 30~40ºC
Technology: Choose between one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best outcomes.
l Dipping method: Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Maintain the temperature between 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15. Duration: 30 minutes to ensure thorough application.

l Storage period: Keep in a cool, shaded place for up to 12 months to maintain product integrity.
