Specification

Dissolving Method

1. Hot water: Gradually blend the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%, stirring continuously for 3~5 minutes. Then, steadily heat to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved. Reserve for future use.

2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water at 60~70ºC in a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly until thoroughly dissolved. Reserve for future use.

Usage

1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC

Technique: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads

2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC

Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, preliminary testing and adjustments are advised.

Storage & Packing

1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shaded location.
