Dissolving Method
1. **Hot water method**: Begin by adding the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, gradually heating to 70~75ºC. Maintain gentle stirring until fully dissolved, then reserve for future use.
2. **Direct hot water method**: Add the flakes directly into 60~70ºC water, maintaining a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently until thoroughly dissolved, then reserve for future use.

Usage
1. **Padding method:**
Dosage: Apply 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. **Dipping method:**
Dosage: Implement 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain at 1:10~15, allowing a duration of 30 minutes for best effect.
3. Test and adjust intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes to achieve desired outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: 12 months when stored in a cool and shady location, preserving product integrity.
2. Packaging: Securely packed in 25kg plastic woven bags, ensuring safe transportation and storage.
