Dissolving Method
1. Hot water method: Gradually introduce the flakes into water at room temperature, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes, then heat gradually to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until completely dissolved, then set aside for future use.
2. Direct hot water: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir gently until fully dissolved, then reserve for future use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Process: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal absorption
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Compatibility with other auxiliaries and process adjustments should be tested beforehand and modified based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shaded place with a maximum duration of 12 months.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient handling and storage.
