Specification
1. Fabric type: Perfect for same bath dyed fabric.

Dissolving Method
1. Dissolving with Hot Water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then slowly heat to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, ready for use.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Add flakes directly into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir well until completely dissolved, ready for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.

2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins.

3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes by conducting preliminary tests and adjustments as necessary.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shady place for up to 12 months.
