Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while gradually heating to a temperature of 70~75ºC until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio, and stir slowly until thoroughly dissolved, then reserve for future use.

2. Delivers excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and a low yellow-yellowing feature

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Utilize one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimum results
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For intermixing with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust based on outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Preserve for 12 months in a cool, shaded location.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
