Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Method: Gradually add the flakes into water at room temperature in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continually stir while heating to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then reserve for use.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir gently to ensure complete dissolution. Reserve for use.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Apply using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15, Time: 30 minutes for thorough application.
3. Ensure intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes; conduct preliminary tests and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place to maintain product integrity.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags, designed for easy handling and storage.
