Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water (5~10% proportion), stir for 3 to 5 minutes, then continue stirring while heating the solution to reach a temperature of 70~75ºC. Maintain slow stirring until the flakes are fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio. Stir the mixture slowly to ensure complete dissolution, then set aside for subsequent use.

Application Ideal for fabrics that require high salt resistance.
Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (using 10% solution) at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Suitable for one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads processes
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) using a 10% solution at temperatures between 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15, with a processing time of 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and modify as necessary based on the outcomes.
Storage & Packing 1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded area.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
