Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Carefully add the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir gently for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat to 70~75ºC, stirring continuously until fully dissolved. Set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until thoroughly dissolved, then reserve for subsequent application.

Usage1. Padding method:
Recommended dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology includes one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads for optimal absorption and effect.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution), maintaining a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC for ideal application.
Maintain a liquor ratio of 1:10~15 for 30 minutes to allow thorough penetration and effect.
For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, it is advisable to conduct preliminary tests and make necessary adjustments based on the results.
Storage & Packing Ensure a storage period of up to 12 months in a cool, shady location to preserve product integrity.
