Dissolving Method 1. Hot Water Method: Gradually mix flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% concentration. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes. Then, gently raise the temperature to 70~75ºC, stirring until completely dissolved. Ready for use.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Directly add flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% concentration. Stir gently for thorough dissolution. Ready for use.

Usage1. Padding Method:
Recommended Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best results
2. Dipping Method:
Recommended Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15, Duration: 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes by conducting preliminary tests and adaptations.
Storage & Packing 1. Shelf Life: 12 months when stored in a cool, shaded environment.
2. Packaging: 25kg capacity in a durable plastic woven bag.
