Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then steadily heat to 70~75ºC while stirring continuously until fully dissolved. Reserve for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add flakes to 60~70ºC water in a 5~10% ratio and stir gently until they are thoroughly dissolved. Reserve for subsequent application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ either a single dip and pad or a double dip and pad technique.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes for optimal absorption
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and process optimizing, please test initially and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Retains efficacy for 12 months if stored in a cool, shady environment.
2. Packaging: Available in sturdy 25kg plastic woven bags to ensure product integrity.
