Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually incorporate the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Continue to stir while slowly heating the mixture to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved and ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio, stirring gently until completely dissolved and prepared for application.

1. Imparts an exceptionally soft, smooth, and voluminous handle to fabricsd feeling
2. Demonstrates superior salt tolerance and alkali resistance with minimal yellowing properties
3. Minimizes impact on fabric whiteness and color shade
Application
Ideal for textiles requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution); Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Suitable for one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads processes.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution); Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15; Time: 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility by testing intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjusting based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shaded area to maintain quality.
2. Packaging: 25kg packed in a reliable plastic woven bag.
