Specification
1. Fabric type: Specifically designed for same bath dyed fabric, ensuring consistency in color and texture.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water method: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes. Keep stirring while increasing the temperature to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for future use.
2. Direct hot water method: Add the flakes to water heated to 60~70ºC at a proportion of 5~10% and stir steadily until thoroughly dissolved. Reserve the solution for application.

Application
Ideal for fabric applications demanding high salt resistance, ensuring performance under challenging conditions.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: Maintain at 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Implement one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: Adjust to 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Maintain 1:10~15 with a processing time of 30 minutes.
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, perform tests prior and adjust based on results for best outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shaded area for up to 12 months to ensure product integrity.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for safe, secure storage and transportation.
