Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Introduce the flakes gently into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then heat gradually to 70~75ºC while continuing to stir until fully dissolved. Set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into hot water at 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly until thoroughly dissolved, preparing it for immediate use.

Application Ideal for fabrics requiring high resistance to salt.
Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) | Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Methodology: one dip, one pad or double dipping for enhanced results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) | Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 | Immersion Time: 30 minutes
3. Test compatibility with other auxiliaries first, and adjust the process based on testing results.
Storage & Packing 1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool and shaded location.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and transport.
