Property
Provide excellent soft, fluffy and full feeling.
With low viscosity and foam, very suitable for using in dyeing plant and washing plant.
Dissolving Method
1.Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5minutes, keep stirring and gradually heat to 70~75ºC. Slowly stir until completely dissolve, reserve for use.
2.Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºCwater in the proportion of 5~10%, then stir slowly to dissolve very well, reserve for use.
Application
Used on cotton, T/C, wool, etc. Widely used in dyeing plant and washing plant.
Usage
1.Padding method: Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2.Dipping method: Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30mins
Storage & Packing
1.Storage period: 12 months in cool and shady place.
2.25kg in plastic woven bag.
Intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and process of the product, please test first and adjust according to the result.
