Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% concentration, stir for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat to 70~75ºC. Maintain slow stirring until fully dissolved. Ready for immediate use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% concentration, and stir slowly for complete dissolution. Ready for immediate use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Choose between one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for desired results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins for optimal results.
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct a preliminary test and adjust as needed based on outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Maintain in a cool and shady place for a period of 12 months to ensure product efficacy.
2. Packaging: Securely packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for easy handling and storage.
