Dissolving Method
1. In Cold Water:Gradually add the flakesto30ºC waterat a proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3-5 minutes todisperseit, thenlet it standfor 1~2 hours,and thenstir slowly into a paste, reservefor use..
2. In Warm Water:Gradually add the flakes to room temperature water at a proportion of5~10%,stir for 3-5 minutesandheat up to 60~70ºC, then stir slowly to dissolve thoroughly, reservefor use.
Properties
1. Provides an excellent soft and fluffy hand feel.
2. Imparts a smooth and full hand feel to fabrics.
3. Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Applications
1. Ideal for treating denim and hand-washed fabrics in washing plants.
Usage Instructions
1. Padding:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) | Temp.: 30 ºC~40ºC
Process: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) | Temp.: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10 ~ 1:15 | Time: 30 mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packaging
1. Storage: 12 months in a cool, shaded place.
2. Packaging: 25 kg in a plastic woven bag.
