Dissolving Method
Cold water: During stirring, gradually add the flakes into 30ºCwater in the proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3-5 minutes until dispersed, then let it stand for 1~2 hours. After that, stir slowly into a paste and reserve for use.
Warm water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water in the proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3-5 minutes, then heat up to 50~60ºC. Stir slowly for 30~60 minutes until it forms a paste, cool down, and reserve for use.

1. Provides fabrics with an excellent soft, bulky, and exquisite hand feeling.
2. Offers a soft, smooth, and elastic feel when combined with silicone oil.
Application
Ideal for soft finishing of cotton, linen, chemical fiber, and blended yarn and fabrics. It has an especially outstanding effect on cotton and T/C fabrics.
Usage
1. Padding method: Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution), Temp.: 30~40ºCTechnology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping method: Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution), Temp.: 40ºC-50ºCLiquor ratio: 1:10~15. Time: 30 mins.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. 25kg in a plastic woven bag. To ensure intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processing methods, please test first and adjust according to the results.
