Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Incorporate the flakes into room temperature water gradually, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes, then gradually increase the temperature to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC, at a concentration of 5~10%. Stir slowly to ensure complete dissolution, then set aside for use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring superior salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Prior to intermixing with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct tests and adjust according to the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shady place for up to 12 months to maintain quality.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure transportation and storage.
