Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water method: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%, then stir continuously for 3~5 minutes. Slowly heat to 70~75ºC while stirring until the flakes are fully dissolved. Once dissolved, the solution is ready for use.
2. Direct hot water method: Add the flakes directly into 60~70ºC water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir gently but consistently until fully dissolved, then reserve the solution for use.

2.Exhibits exceptional salt tolerance, excellent alkali resistance, and minimal yellowing properties.
3. Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Apply using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads technique.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Use 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15 for 30 minutes.
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust as needed.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months when stored in a cool and shaded location.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
