Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat the mixture to 70~75ºC while maintaining a slow stir until fully dissolved. Ready for use thereafter.
2. Direct hot water: Place the flakes into 60~70ºC water, maintaining the same 5~10% ratio. Stir gently to ensure thorough dissolution, then prepare for use.

Application Ideal for fabrics with high salt resistance requirements.
Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize either one dip, one pad or opt for two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. When intermixing with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct preliminary testing and adjust per results.
Storage & Packing 1. Storage period: Store up to 12 months in a cool, shaded area.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
