Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Method: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then heat progressively to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir slowly until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
Properties
1. Provides fabrics with an exceptionally soft, smooth, and full handled feeling
2. Excels in salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and offers a low yellowing property
3. Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage Instructions
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) | Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) | Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 | Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries, perform tests first and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage Period: 12 months in a cool, shady place.
2. Packaging: 25kg in plastic woven bags.
