Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabric applications

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually incorporate the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% proportion, stir consistently for 3~5 minutes, then gently raise the temperature to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for utilization.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring steadily to ensure thorough dissolution. Set aside once complete.

2. Boasts superior salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and maintains yellowing property
3. Minimally affects fabric whiteness and color shade
Application
Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution), Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Utilize one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal application
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution), Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Maintain 1:10~15, Duration: 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes through preliminary testing and adjust as necessary.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded area.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
