Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water: Carefully introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes while gradually increasing the heat to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring until the flakes are fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot Water Directly: Introduce the flakes into water pre-heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining the same 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly until fully dissolved, then reserve for future application.

Ideal for fabrics requiring high resistance to salt exposure, ensuring durability and performance.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Execute one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best results.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Before mixing with other auxiliaries or processes, test to ensure compatibility and optimize results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shaded area for a period of up to 12 months, ensuring product integrity.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenience and protection.
