Dissolving Method
1. Method with hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes to room temperature water at a 5~10% concentration, stir gently for 3~5 minutes, continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC, ensuring complete dissolution before use.
2. Direct hot water method: Add the flakes to 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% concentration, stir slowly to achieve thorough dissolution, then set aside for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) with a temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC, using one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads for optimal absorption.

2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) with temperatures between 40ºC-50ºC, ensuring a liquor ratio of 1:10~15 over a 30-minute duration.

3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust as necessary for best results.
