Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes, keep stirring and gradually heat to 70~75ºC. Slowly stir until completely dissolved, then reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into water at 60~70ºC in the proportion of 5~10%, then stir slowly to dissolve thoroughly, and reserve for use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust according to results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. 25kg in a plastic woven bag.
