Specification
1. Fabric Type
: Suitable for same bath dyed fabrics.
2. Component
: Composed of multiple polymeric compounds.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water (5~10% proportion), stir for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Direct Hot Water: Add the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC (5~10% proportion). Stir slowly until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.
Property
1.Provides fabric with a superior soft, smooth, and full hand feel.
2.Exhibits excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing properties.
3. Minimally affects fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15, Time: 30 minutes
3. Before mixing with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct a preliminary test and adjust based on the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage: Store in a cool and shady place for up to 12 months.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
