Specification
1. Fabric type: Designed for same bath dyed fabrics, optimizing the finishing process for a smooth and cohesive look.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gently raise the temperature to 70~75ºC, stirring slowly until fully dissolved. Keep reserved for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% proportion. Stir gently and thoroughly until well dissolved, then reserve for subsequent use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Utilize 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: Maintain between 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Apply using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Implement 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: Set between 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: Engage for 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes by conducting preliminary tests and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded location to maintain product efficacy.
2. Packaged securely in 25kg plastic woven bags for easy handling and storage.
