Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabrics

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently integrate the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring continuously for 3~5 minutes. Gradually heat the solution to 70~75ºC while maintaining a slow stir until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Incorporate the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently until the flakes are thoroughly dissolved, then reserve for later use.

Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Method: Apply one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Immersion Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and product processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust as necessary.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: 12 months when stored in a cool, shaded area.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage.
