Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently incorporate the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly and thoroughly for complete dissolution, ready for subsequent use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) - Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Implement one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) - Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 - Time: 30 minutes for thorough processing.
3. Compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes should be tested initially and adjusted based on results for enhanced outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Ensure a storage period of up to 12 months in a cool and shaded environment to maintain product integrity.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient handling and storage.
