Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually blend the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes, gradually increase the temperature to 70~75ºC while stirring, ensuring complete dissolution. Keep prepared for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water at 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% proportion, and stir gently until fully dissolved. Ready for immediate use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) | Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ either one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) | Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Maintain a 1:10~15 ratio | Duration: Recommended for 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct preliminary tests and make necessary adjustments based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shady place to ensure product longevity.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure handling and convenience.
