Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabric
2. Component: Enriched with multiple polymeric compounds
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, keep stirring and slowly heat to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until completely dissolved, then reserve for use.

1. Provides fabric with an enhanced soft, smooth, and full handled feeling
2. Shows excellent salt tolerance, superior alkali resistance, and low yellowing property yellowing proporty
3. Minimizes influence on fabric whiteness and color shades shade
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) | Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) | Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 | Time: 30 mins
3. Ensure intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes by testing first and adjusting accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shady place.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
