Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into water at room temperature (5~10% concentration). Stir for 3~5 minutes and then gently heat to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until flakes are fully dissolved, ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce flakes into water at 60~70ºC (5~10% concentration). Stir gently until fully dissolved. Ready for immediate use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: Maintain at 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Opt for either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal fabric treatment.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: Maintain at 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries; conduct tests and adjust processes accordingly for best results.
