Specification

: Same bath dyed fabric.

: Multiple polymeric compounds.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes, keep stirring and gradually heat to 70~75ºC. Slowly stir until completely dissolved, reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in the proportion of 5~10%, then stir slowly to dissolve very well, reserve for use.

1.Provides fabric with a superior soft, smooth, and full hand feeling.
2.Exhibits excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing properties.
3. Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. Intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes of the product should be tested first and adjusted according to the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags.
