Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Method: For an efficient dissolution process, gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then increase the temperature gradually to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring slowly until the flakes completely dissolve. Reserve for use.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Add the flakes directly into water at 60~70ºC in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until the flakes are thoroughly dissolved. Reserve for use.

3. Has minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade shade
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Before intermixing with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct tests and adjust accordingly based on the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags.
