Specification
1. Fabric Type: Suitable for same bath dyed fabrics
2. Component: Composed of multiple polymeric compounds
Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while heating gently to 70~75ºC. Stir until fully dissolved and reserve for use.
2. Direct Hot Water: Add the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a proportion of 5~10%, stir slowly until completely dissolved, and reserve for use.
Properties
1. Enhances fabric with a softer, smoother, and fuller handled feeling
2. Exhibits excellent salt tolerance, strong alkali resistance, and low yellowyellowing properties
3. Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and shade shade
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes should be tested first and adjusted accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
