Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes. Maintain stirring while gradually heating the mixture to 70~75ºC. Continue to stir gently until fully dissolved and ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio, then stir slowly to achieve complete dissolution, preparing it for immediate application.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (using a 10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ methods like one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) with a 10% solution Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries or to fine-tune processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Safely store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded location.
2. Packaging: Securely packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for protection and convenience.
