Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently introduce the flakes into water at ambient temperature, maintaining a 5~10% ratio. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes. As you stir, gradually elevate the temperature to 70~75ºC. Proceed to stir slowly until full dissolution is achieved, and reserve for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Carefully add the flakes into water heated between 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% ratio. Stir at a gentle pace until completely dissolved, and reserve for subsequent utilization.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Maintain a concentration of 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: Stay within 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads techniques
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Stay within a range of 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: Maintain between 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Adhere to a 1:10~15 ratio Time: Allocate 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust based on outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded environment.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
