Dissolving Method:
Cold Water: While stirring, add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, keep stirring for 3-5 minutes, allow it to disperse, then let it stand for 1~2 hours, after which stir slowly into a smooth paste, ready for use.
Warm Water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5 minutes, then heat up to 50~60ºC, and continue stirring 30~60 minutes slowly intoa paste, then cool it down for optimal texture.
Application:
Ideal for the soft finishing of cotton, linen, chemical fiber, and blended yarn and fabric, with exceptionally remarkable effects on cotton and T/C fabric.
Usage:
Padding method: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature of 30~40ºC, utilizing either one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads techniques
Dipping method: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution), with a liquor ratio of 1:10~15, maintaining a temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Time: 30 minutes
