Dissolving Method:
Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, keep stirring and gradually heat to 65-75ºC. Slowly stir until completely dissolve(need 30-60mins), reserve for use.
Application:
Can be used for cotton and polyester fabrics with softness finish,especially have outstanding softness and fluffy on Acrylic fabrics(T/C fabrics).
Usage:
Padding method: 20~30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30~40ºC, technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
Dipping method: Dive into superior quality with a recommended concentration of 3~8% (o.w.f) using a 10% solution. The optimal liquor ratio ranges from 1:10 to 1:15, ensuring the most excellent results. 40ºC-50ºC
