Specification
1. Fabric type: Suitable for same bath dyed fabric, ensuring consistency and superior quality.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into water at room temperature in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then heat gradually to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until completely dissolved, and reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes directly into water at 60~70ºC in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until fully dissolved, then reserve for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries, test first and adjust according to the results for best outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shady place to maintain quality.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient handling and storage.
