Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Gradually heat to 70~75ºC, maintaining a slow stir until fully dissolved. Reserve the solution for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly until the flakes are thoroughly dissolved and reserve for use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes by conducting preliminary tests and adjusting accordingly for optimal outcomes.

1. Storage period: Maintain a cool and shady environment for a 12-month shelf-life.
